Road assistance with Terral Bike
Ride with peace of mind — We’re always close by
Exploring the Costa del Sol by bike is an amazing experience, but we know that unexpected issues can happen on the road. That’s why we offer a completely free roadside assistance service for our customers, ensuring you can keep pedaling safely and without worries.
If you have a mechanical breakdown with one of our rental bikes, we will travel to your location to help you and make sure you can continue your route without complications. Our service covers a maximum radius of 1 hour by car from our rental point, guaranteeing fast and efficient assistance within the area. We want you to enjoy cycling with the peace of mind of knowing you’re never alone out there.
This service covers mechanical breakdowns only and is completely free for anyone renting our bicycles. It does not include punctures, fatigue, or assistance in bad weather conditions. For punctures, all our bikes come equipped with a repair kit, allowing you to fix the issue quickly and keep riding.
If you have any other mechanical problem within our coverage area, just give us a call — we’ll be there to help. Your safety and comfort on the road are our top priority.
Bike luggage store – Bicycle bag storage
Are you visiting the Costa del Sol for a cycling trip and need a safe place to store your bicycle bag during your stay?
In addition to our bike rental and cyclist transfer services, we now offer secure storage for your bicycle bag.

Minimum price: €25, which includes up to 5 days of storage for one bicycle bag at our facility. From day 6 onwards, an additional charge of €4 per extra day will apply.

Delivery and collection areas
Service area: delivery and collection tailored to your location
Delivery is included when your rental reaches the minimum amount required for the selected zone. If the rental total is below that minimum, the difference will be automatically added as a delivery supplement. For example: if your rental is €225 and the minimum delivery amount for that area is €240, a €15 supplement will be applied. If the rental exceeds €240, delivery is free. For other areas outside our standard zones, we will provide a custom and fair delivery quotebased on location.
