When do I make the payment?
Payment must be completed prior to bicycle delivery, either in cash or by any accepted card, covering the full rental period, and a security deposit ranging from €50 to €1000 will be required depending on the selected model, which must be secured by card by providing the card number and expiration date; the exact deposit amount can be reviewed on each bicycle’s product page.
What is the cost of the home delivery and collection service?
Prices vary depending on the area and the total rental amount. You can check all updated rates in the “Services” section of our website.
Can I rent a bike for just one day?
Yes, absolutely. You will just need to check the availability of the model you want for your chosen dates. You can do this directly on our booking engine.
How do I make a reservation?
