If I book a guided route with the company, what should I bring?
Wearing a helmet is mandatory for all riders, while the rest of the equipment is optional but highly recommended. If you don’t have your own gear, we offer all necessary equipment for rent or purchase, including helmet, clothing, shoes, bike, and nutrition for the route.
I couldn’t return the bike on time. Is there an extra charge?
Yes, the extra cost will depend on the additional time you keep the bike. You should come to our office as soon as possible to pay the difference. Terral Bike Rental S.L. reserves the right to cancel the rental extension.
I have a mechanical issue during my guided route in Málaga. Can you pick me up?
All our bikes are thoroughly checked before delivery. If the issue is due to a material fault, we will handle the transportation. If it’s due to misuse, we can repair or collect the bike after payment of the transport cost.
If I fall and damage the bike, how is it handled?
The deposit covers minor damage. If the repair exceeds that amount, the client must pay the remaining balance.
Do I have accident insurance on the road?
Each bike includes mandatory Third-Party Liability insurance. By signing the rental agreement, the client confirms they have sufficient funds to cover any risks not included in the insurance. Compliance with road regulations is the sole responsibility of the cyclist.
What should I do in case of an accident?
You must contact the local authorities and notify us immediately of your location so we can assist you as soon as possible.
What should I do in case of theft?
You must file a police report in the municipality where the theft occurred. Theft is not covered by insurance, so the client must pay the full value of the stolen equipment. If you have travel insurance, we will provide an invoice to help you claim reimbursement.
Can I modify the bike during the rental period?
No. It is strictly forbidden to modify, disassemble, or tamper with the bicycle. Any alteration may result in the loss of the deposit and termination of the contract.
Do you ship bicycles outside the province of Málaga?

Do you offer second-hand bicycles?
